DMC5’s Ultra Limited edition costs $8,000 and comes with Dante’s coat

Devil May Cry 5 will offer replica coats from some of the series’ most popular characters as part of its Ultra Limited edition. The bad news is that those limited editions are only available via Capcom Japan, but the even worse news is that if you want one, it’ll set you pack more than £6,000. Yep, you read that right. There are three items of clothing on offer, each coming in at a different price. The most expensive is Dante’s coat, a purple leather duster that’ll cost you 900,000 yen (£6,100 or around $8,000). If that seems a little much though, there are a couple of other options that you can choose from. Nero’s edition is a little cheaper, coming in at 750,000 yen (£5000, $6646). The catch, however, would seem that the character’s blue duffle coat is missing its right forearm, as a result of Nero’s actual arm being ripped off at some point in the upcoming game. I don’t know about you, but that feels like a lot of money to pay for a partially-broken coat.
