League of Legends patch 9.3: Vi overhaul and Irelia buff
The 2019 ranked season is officially underway, and that means that League of Legends patch 9.3 has arrived on the PBE. In comparison to the League of Legends patch 9.2 notes, the changes on offer this time around are pretty small, fitting into Riot's schedule of following major patches up with smaller patches intended to focus primarily on individual champion balance. There are a handful of balance changes in this patch. A very tiny nerf to Camille is matched by a healthy buff to Irelia, but the biggest changes are to Vi. The Piltover Enforcer sees changes to all of her abilities, with a particular buff to her passive - its new synergy with Denting Blows should make early game jungling a little easier. Elsewhere, Assault and Battery is now a little more disruptive for nearby enemies. At this point in the PBE cycle, there are no skins on show, which is pretty surprising. Given that I've never covered a patch that didn't include at least a couple of cosmetics, I imagine they'll show up at some point soon, so check back over the next couple of weeks for more information.
