2K is trying to get Tales from the Borderlands back up for sale “as soon as possible”
May 23, 2019 The publisher behind Borderlands is working to get the Telltale game back up for sale.
Telltale's Tales from the Borderlands is no longer available on Steam, and other Telltale games are vanishing from digital stores. 2K says it's trying to get Borderlands back up for sale soon, but if there are any other Telltale games you'd hoped to pick up, you'll probably want to do that very soon.
"We are working to get Tales from the Borderlands back up on digital storefronts as soon as possible," a 2K spokesperson tells Eurogamer "All prior digital purchases of the game will of course still be honoured and supported."
Earlier today, Reddit user Andreas_Pires noticed that the game’s price tag and ‘add to cart’ button had both appeared from Valve’s platform. In a discussion post earlier today, GOG representative Chandra said that “sadly, we need to inform you that, due to the company’s closure, all the remaining Telltale titles will be delisted from our catalog on Monday, May 27, 10am UTC)”.
