StarCraft II is getting a TotalBiscuit commemorative bundle

Blizzard has announced that it’ll be releasing a StarCraft II commemorative bundle in honour of gaming commentator and YouTuber John Bain, better known as TotalBiscuit. Bain passed away in May 2018 after battling with cancer since his diagnosis in April 2014. He was a big supporter of StarCraft II and was popular among its community as he sponsored and managed one of the game’s pro teams, Axiom, who formed in 2012. On Blizzard's official website, the StarCraft team says that Bain “was one of StarCraft II’s strongest supporters” and that “In appreciation for the contributions the Bain family have made to StarCraft II, we’ve created a collection of commemorative cosmetics for the game. 100% of the funds received from the sale of these items will go directly to Genna and their Son, Orion. In the wake of a tragic loss, it’s out way of saying thank you to the Bain family for all they’ve done for StarCraft II.” Bain’s support of the game and its community extended to “countless talk show episodes and appearances dedicated to the game,” which contributed to the planning of major professional StarCraft II tournaments, including World Championship Series events and SHOUTcraft Kings.
